Meet the Leadership
Hidekazu Arai
Founder & Managing Director
Prior to founding Ljuke, Mr. Arai worked at Creed Group, one of the largest Japanese property funds covering the entire Southeast Asia. His main focus was property development and asset management. He started his career in CBRE, where he advised institutional investors and major real estate companies on the effective utilization of commercial property assets and market analysis. He graduated from Rikkyo University, Bachelor of Law.
Shun Yanagisawa
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Before co-founding Ljuke, Mr. Yanagisawa worked at Smart Capital, private equity investment with an interest in various type of fields. He focused on post-merger integration and medium-term business plan. Prior to that, he worked in Mizuho Securities investment banking, where he was involved in M&A. He graduated from Waseda University, Bachelor of Commerce.
