"Hidekazu Arai is the Founder and CEO of Ljuke, a cross-border advisory firm that helps international investors acquire real estate in Japan. Since founding the company in 2023, he has focused on supporting high-net-worth individuals and family offices, primarily from Indonesia, throughout the investment process—from market entry and opportunity sourcing to acquisition—in collaboration with legal, tax, financial, and real estate professionals.
Before founding Ljuke, Hidekazu worked at Creed Group, where he specialized in non-performing loan investments, corporate divestitures, and real estate projects. He also gained experience in cross-border real estate initiatives across Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia and Cambodia.
Earlier, he worked at CBRE Japan, advising institutional investors and major real estate companies on commercial real estate strategy, asset optimization, and market analysis. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Rikkyo University."
